I wish I had an adequate word to sum up our gratitude for Marissa over the last year of our lives. It takes someone truly special to be able to capture every pure, genuine part of you in photographs so beautiful they bring me to tears every time I look. Marissa is that - something SPECIAL. From our first conversation, to our engagement photos on the beach, to our wedding day, Marissa was something out of my dreams... What we got was someone who not only captured us authentically, but someone who got to KNOW us... When I think of Marissa, I feel so lucky to have chosen someone who has the upmost passion for what she does...She is warm, she is light, she is a friend by the end... Pictures are worth one thousand words, but hers are worth a million. We hired her for our engagement/wedding photos and literally were crying and laughing and overjoyed with the photos she delivered. MNP captures each moment is the truest sense. She has an organic feel to her photos because she brings out your most authentic self. I normally hate being in front of a camera, but she will make you feel like a model. She is down to earth and kind and will make you feel so comfortable while getting the best photos. I came across Marissas instagram and I immediately fell in love with her work. She captured moments that I will cherish forever. You’ll be able to tell how amazingly talented she is by looking at her work but what is most impressive is her personality and kindness. She is so responsive and communicates so well. It literally felt like I was talking to my best friend because of how friendly and bubbly she is. She makes you feel so comfortable and takes the time to talk to you and get to know you. Even if you didn’t know what to do, she guided you and most importantly she listened to you. I cannot recommend her enough, she is AMAZING. I can go on and on about her and her husband. You can tell immediately after meeting them they are just honest, kind, genuine, beautiful souls. Theres no one else I would trust more. Her raw talent is unmatched and she has an incredible gift.

I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer to shoot my engagement pictures... My fiancé and I were traveling to Florida for vacation and found Marissa via social media and she was incredible. In just one hour she was able to capture our love in the most natural way. Despite never meeting her before it felt like we had known her forever. Our pictures came out so beautiful that we asked her to be our wedding photographer! She flew all the way to Maine and went above and beyond all of our expectations. She captured our wedding in a way that I didn’t even know was possible. It was a fairy tale and she made all my dreams come true. I would recommend Marissa to everyone and anyone! Of course now I wish she lived closer :)
